What lands on our desk
Write when the question is about the tools themselves. Will the 17-piece thread chaser cover your spindle? Is the DPS6 kit right for a 2014 Focus? Did a spec on one of our pages drift from the sheet? That mail gets read by people who can pull the engineering drawing, and answered plainly — count on a reply within two working days.
Ideas are welcome at the same address. Half the oddball tools on these walls started as a note from a tech describing the fastener that ruined their Tuesday.
What belongs at the marketplace counter
Anything attached to an order number lives where the order lives. Shipment tracking, a missed delivery, an exchange, a warranty claim on a tool that gave up early — all of it runs through the marketplace that processed your checkout, from the order history in your account there. Their buyer protections cover every purchase made through the stamps on this site; we have no window into their order system and cannot reroute a box, however nicely you ask.
One habit worth keeping: the stamp on any product page always opens the live listing, so checking today's price before writing about yesterday's is usually the faster route.
