Nice replacement for my old ReelI purchased this reel to replace one that kept getting caught up and tangled on itself and didn't retract fully. This one extends and retracts much more smoothly and stows itself properly. The 50’ hose reaches everywhere I need it to reach. As one of the reviewers suggested, I replaced the lead in hose fitting with a known quality fitting to avoid the chance of a leak. Other than that, the install was simple and I was back in business in about 10 minutes. …
Buy this hose reel! This is an awesome hose reel. We mounted it above the compressor for easy access and it keeps the hose up out of the way of where we're working. It operates smoothly. No more fighting a stiff hose to get it rolled back up. Love it!
Easy Install and Feels SolidI haven't put it to a great deal of use, but the hanging is a breeze. I have an affinity for brackets and hangers that can affix to studs (I take pleasure in throwing away plastic wall anchors). This went up in minutes and is a bit more sleek than the one it replaced.
Good choiceEasy mounting. Rewinds perfectly. Long enough for the garage.
